Spiritual Guidance Awaits

For as long as I can remember I have felt a strong connection with the spiritual realms and an even stronger level of curiosity. I grew up in the age of the X-Files which heightened the interest and acceptance of the supernatural and paranormal in the world around me. I can recall my time in elementary school precociously reading after recess such books as Communion by Whitley Strieber, a book that was seemingly far too advanced for a child at the time. However, my curiosity knew no bounds and I am so grateful that I was encouraged to seek out these topics of interest by adults around me despite the taboo of the subjects at the time.

As a young adult, I began exploring and further developing my connection to my higher self and cosmic entities. I began to experiment with self hypnosis and dowsing. Unbeknownst to me at the time, this was my first introduction to what channeling could look like. In the days before Youtube and other online forums, I began seeking out physical groups to help tame my thirst for understanding the phenomena that I was witnessing first hand and reading about through my personal studies. On a recommendation from a coworker, I found myself at a Spiritualist church service in the summer of 2008 and immediately knew I was amongst my people. There, I found a community of supportive individuals that encouraged me to continue exploring my connection with the divine.

For years afterwards I sat in development circles where my mediumistic, psychic, and channeling capacities unfolded week by week. I would also channel messages from the spirit world with my dear friends in my home as we sought a higher perspective to our struggles and questions about our existence.

This steady progression took an unexpected hard turn in 2019. The previous year I had challenged myself to go without alcohol for the entire year. Having successfully accomplished that and seeing how empowered I had become, I thought to myself: Maybe I should make 2019 the year of daily meditation? I was looking for a way to increase my awareness and vibration as I had begun to feel more stagnant in my development. This was a step I needed to take. As I laid in my bed every evening for the first month of 2019, I could feel a wave of calm overcome me. I knew I was coming into a new chapter of aligning with my higher self. Within a few weeks, I began to channel consistently on my own for the first time. As I tell my clients from my own experience, the spirit world helps us keep the ball moving once we have shown action to get it started. Since then, the ability to communicate with spirit has only gotten stronger.
